Here, we employ practically all relevant advanced methodologies of anesthesia and intensive care, including low-flow anesthesia with sevofluran, epidural, spinal and spinal-epidural anesthesia, high-frequency lungs ventilation, mechanical erythrocyte transfusion, etc., which allows our surgeons to perform most complicated surgeries on the patients, including those with additional serious maladies and severely limited functional reserves.
