In 1975, Zvi Bernstein graduated from the Medical University, Frunze, Kyrgyzstan. In
1976, he received specialization as a medical pathologist at the State Institute of
Pathology, St. Petersburg. In 1981 he became a Fellow of the State Scientific-Research
Institute of Forensic Medicine, Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan, and searched topic : "Application
of spectral analysis of biological materials. In 1981 worked as a chief forensic
expert. 1983 - 1985. - post-graduate studies in oncology at the State Scientific
Research Institute of Oncology, Frunze, Kyrgyzstan. Since 1985 cancer surgery is the
highest category. In 1992 he graduated from the residency of Oncology Department of
Health Rambam Campus, Haifa, Israel. 2000 - 2009. worked as a physician at the
Department of radiological Oncology, Rambam, Haifa, Israel. 2003 -2009. Consultant
of Radiotherapy, Italian Hospital, Haifa, Israel. 2006 - Chief Expert of Clinical
Oncology. 2007 - chief expert on Radiological Oncology. 2009 - Head of
radiologists, oncologists in Israel.
